What a great Easter we had – nearly 5,000 hours of play for 2,000 children across MK

Today we have been counting up the success of our Easter play sessions. We are pleased to say that we delivered 32 sessions that’s 4,491 play hours across Milton Keynes, attracting 1,996 children and most impressively 704 adults of which 309 participated in the play activities.  That’s a real testimony to the value the communities of Milton Keynes place on not only this organisation, but also the value of play, especially outdoor play. If you are reading this and want to show your support for our door play, then visit Love Outdoor Play, a campaign supported by the MKPA to encourage more children to play outdoors.

We would like to thanks all the town and parish councils, community mobilisers (Community Action:MK), the Parks Trust for their support for our Easter programme.

Here’s looking forward to the Summer.
